Street Style - Paris 2010

Each week, we will be exploring the street style of everyday people in all of the most extravagant capitals of the fashion world. Paris, the number one capital ( in my opinion anyway) shows us the classic way to show you signature pieces, without over doing it!

The French understand the magic of a good tailor and proper fit, in this picture a beautiful dress coat worn with simple jeans, the color of the bag and shoes creates an understated luxury that can take you to almost any kind of situation in style.

 If a French woman does wear sneakers, they are leather tennis shoes, designed to be more of a sports-inspired shoe rather than a gym necessity.

In both of these pictures we see that casual clothing help emphasize the key pieces that make up the outfit, these pieces are usually  rich with color or a designer item.
